Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests including order taking, beverage service, and food delivery
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Upsell menu items and daily specials to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and restock supplies
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant serving experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Must be 18+ and able to stand for extended periods
- Food Handler's Certification required (training provided if needed)
