Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with food/drorder accuracy and timing
- Process payments POS systems and manage cash handling
- Upsell specials and premium menu items
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless operations
- Reset tables and maintain dining area cleanliness
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all health/safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of wine/spirits
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol
