Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Accurately process orders and payments via POS system
- Manage multiple tables during peak hours with grace under pressure
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless guest experiences
- Maintain pristine dining area standards
- Upsell menu items and daily specials
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and diplomatically
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant/server experience strongly preferred
- Must be available evenings and weekends (minimum 20 hrs/week)
- Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
