Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless dining experiences
- Present menu knowledge with enthusiasm and answer guest inquiries
- Manage table assignments and maintain clean, well-set dining areas
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments accurately
- Assist with opening/closing duties including side station setup
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of restaurant/server experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Basic POS system proficiency (training provided)
- Food safety certification preferred
