Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, personalized attention to guests
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using our digital POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff for timely food delivery
- Maintain pristine table settings and cleanliness throughout dining areas
- Upsell signature dishes, beverages, and special promotions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with opening/closing duties as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional table service experience
- Strong knowledge of wine, craft cocktails, and food pairings
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Washington State Food Handler permit required
- TAM (Title 21 Alcohol) certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 30 lbs
