Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service while maintaining exceptional standards
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables during peak hours
- Process orders accurately through our modern POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff for flawless execution
- Upsell seasonal specials and premium beverages
- Maintain immaculate table settings and dining area presentation
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining/casual upscale restaurant experience
- Washington State Food Handler's Permit required
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of wine/beer pairings preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
