Responsibilities
- Deliver polished table service with attention to detail and timing
- Master extensive wine, cocktail, and menu knowledge
- Manage 4-6 tables simultaneously with precision
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Exceed guest expectations through personalized service
- Maintain pristine station cleanliness throughout shift
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/server experience
- CA Food Handler & Alcohol Service certifications required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure settings
