Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests in our 100-seat dining room
- Master menu knowledge and wine pairings for daily specials
- Process payments accurately through our POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff on timing and order accuracy
- Maintain pristine table settings and station cleanliness
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
- Contribute to daily prep duties and closing procedures
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- TAMS or Aloha POS system proficiency required
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- TX Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain)
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Professional appearance and polished service demeanor
