Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with warm, professional demeanor
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using POS system
- Deliver meals promptly while maintaining food quality standards
- Manage payment transactions and reconcile cash drawers
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to resolve guest concerns
- Upsell menu items and seasonal specials
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience preferred
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
