Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Master menu knowledge and recommend signature dishes and local craft beverages
- Process orders accurately through POS system and coordinate with kitchen/bar
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments at shift end
- Maintain clean, sanitized tables and station during service
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate to management when needed
- Contribute to daily pre-shift setup and post-shift closing duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience preferred
- TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with frequent lifting up to 25 lbs
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills during peak hours
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order accuracy
- Positive attitude and commitment to team collaboration
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
