Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure all food meets our quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout the shift.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous server experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- A friendly, energetic, and positive attitude.
