Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm, professional demeanor
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Deliver orders promptly while maintaining order quality and presentation
- Process payments efficiently and manage cash handling procedures
- Monitor table cleanliness and reset dining areas between guest rotations
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Must be 18+ years old and able to work evenings/weekends
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Must possess reliable transportation
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
