Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with extensive menu and wine knowledge
- Process orders accurately through our modern POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless timing of courses
- Manage table assignments and seating rotations efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision
- Ensure dining areas maintain impeccable cleanliness standards
- Contribute to daily pre-shift briefings and team meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional serving experience in high-volume establishments
- Must be TABC-certified (or willing to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and evenings
- Knowledge of Pacific Northwest cuisine and local wines preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced setting
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Reliable transportation to Pearl District location
