Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service with attention to detail
- Expertly explain menu items, specials, and wine pairings
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak hours
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Support opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant serving experience preferred
- Knowledge of NOLA cuisine and wine fundamentals
- Ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
