Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized table service with knowledge of seasonal menu items and wine pairings
- Process orders efficiently using our modern POS system while maintaining accuracy
- Upsell premium offerings to enhance guest experience and check averages
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams during peak service hours
- Maintain immaculate station cleanliness and table presentation standards
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and proactive solutions
- Contribute to daily shift briefings and post-service reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or upscale casual restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (15-25 hours/week)
- Strong knowledge of beer/wine service fundamentals
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
