Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Present menus and confidently explain daily specials and ingredients to customers.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system with precision.
- Courteously serve food and drinks, adhering to all safety and health regulations.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any issues or complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fine dining or upscale casual setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail pairings is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the dining floor for extended periods.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must be available for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
