Responsibilities
- Deliver polished table service following established protocols for silverware, beverages, and course timing
- Expertly navigate our extensive wine and cocktail menu with product knowledge and pairing suggestions
- Manage table rotation during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail
- Process payments accurately through POS systems and reconcile cash drawers
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless course pacing and special requests
- Uphold sanitation standards and maintain immaculate dining station cleanliness
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Availability to work evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) and weekends with consistent schedule
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs regularly
