Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional greetings to all guests and maintain a welcoming demeanor throughout their dining experience.
- Expertly guide guests through our extensive menu, offering detailed descriptions and making tailored recommendations.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using our state-of-the-art POS system.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in strict adherence to presentation and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting tables and bussing duties.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and resolve any guest concerns immediately.
- Handle cash transactions and credit card payments with precision and integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a full-service restaurant environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and wine pairings and general menu knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- TABC certification is preferred (training available if needed).
