Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Master menu details, allergen information, and wine pairings
- Process orders accurately using our modern POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams
- Maintain immaculate table settings and dining area standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Support opening/closing duties including restocking stations
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining or upscale casual restaurant experience
- Knowledge of Oregon liquor service laws and responsible alcohol service
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 30 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
