Responsibilities
- Greet, seat, and attend to guests with prompt, friendly service
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless timing and quality
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash transactions
- Upsell menu items and special promotions
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and care
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- PA Alcohol Beverage Control certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
