Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, attentive hospitality
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accuracy in orders and timing
- Process payments and handle POS transactions securely
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow
- Upsell menu items and suggestively sell beverages and specials
- Ensure cleanliness and stocking of dining stations
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail pairings preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Basic POS system proficiency (training provided)
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for hospitality and attention to detail
