Responsibilities
- Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome patrons warmly, manage wait times efficiently, and ensure smooth seating arrangements.
- Take Orders: Accurately record food and beverage orders using our state-of-the-art POS system, accommodating special requests and dietary restrictions.
- Service Excellence: Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Adhere strictly to health and safety standards, keeping the dining area pristine and organized.
- Handle Payments: Process transactions efficiently and accurately, resolving any billing discrepancies immediately.
- Upsell & Promote: Knowledgeably recommend specials, wine pairings, and desserts to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs, and carry trays.
- Legal: Must possess a valid Food Service Worker Card (or ability to obtain one) and be of legal working age.
