Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service with menu knowledge and beverage expertise
- Process orders accurately through our digital POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless guest experiences
- Manage table turnover and maintain immaculate dining areas
- Handle payment transactions and daily reconciliation duties
- Upsell seasonal specials and premium beverage offerings
- Assist with opening/closing sidework and inventory management
Qualifications
- 6+ months prior restaurant/server experience required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of craft beer and wine preferred
- Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork
- Must pass background check and I-9 verification
