Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, food delivery, and beverage refills
- Memorize menu details and make informed recommendations to guests
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling security
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Reset tables promptly and maintain clean dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant server experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
