Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with wine, food, and beverage knowledge
- Process orders accurately using our modern POS system
- Manage station cleanliness and table turnover efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns proactively
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling
- Contribute to daily pre-shift preparation duties
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant/server experience preferred
- KY Alcohol Beverage Control certification required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Food allergy awareness training a plus
