Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with professional beverage and food recommendations
- Process orders accurately using our digital POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams for flawless execution
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision
- Maintain immaculate dining room standards and sanitation protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries with prompt, friendly solutions
- Upsell premium menu items and seasonal promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities
- Proficiency with POS systems (Toast experience preferred)
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft cocktails
- Valid Nevada alcohol awareness certification
