Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining table cleanliness and timing
- Expertly explain menu items, specials, and beverage offerings
- Process orders accurately and efficiently through our POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
- Handle payments and maintain accurate cash drawer accountability
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Contribute to a positive, energetic team atmosphere
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant/server experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and service protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and payment handling
- Must be 18+ and able to work evenings/weekends
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
