Responsibilities
- Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome patrons warmly upon arrival, manage waitlists efficiently, and ensure a smooth seating flow.
- Order Management: Accurately take food and beverage orders using our Point of Sale (POS) system and communicate clearly with the kitchen staff.
- Service Excellence: Deliver meals and drinks with precision, ensuring proper presentation and temperature control.
- Upselling: Proactively suggest wine pairings, appetizers, and specials to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Table Maintenance: Monitor dining areas, clear tables efficiently, and reset them for the next service cycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Alcohol Certification: TABC certification is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability: Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
