Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm, professional demeanor
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using POS system
- Deliver food and beverages while maintaining impeccable timing
- Process payments efficiently and reconcile cash drawer shifts
- Adhere to food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues proactively
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations throughout shift
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- ServSafe certification a plus
