Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining table cleanliness and order accuracy
- Expertly navigate our seasonal menu and wine pairings with product knowledge
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems and reconcile cash drawers
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and special requests
- Contribute to a positive team culture during peak rushes and events
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant serving experience preferred
- Valid Indiana Alcohol Server Permit (TIPS certified)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
