Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
- Present menus and answer questions regarding ingredients, preparation, and specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks with precision and maintain proper hygiene standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any issues to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables between service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and tipping calculations.
- Knowledge of alcohol service laws is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others.
