Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional, personalized service by answering menu questions and making recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems efficiently.
- Serve meals and drinks with precision and attention to detail.
- Handle payments and process transactions securely.
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.
- Upsell daily specials and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
- Strong knowledge of San Antonio and its local attractions.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
- TABC Certification (Alcohol Service) is a plus.
