Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive service to guests while maintaining table cleanliness and flow
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables using our modern POS system
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff during peak hours
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Upsell seasonal specials and premium beverages
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and grace
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
- Contribute to daily pre-shift and closing duties
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant serving experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of craft beers and wine fundamentals
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Must be 18+ (TABC certification required)
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
