Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, personalized interactions
- Accurately process food/drink orders via our digital POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order execution
- Maintain pristine table settings and station cleanliness
- Handle payment transactions efficiently and accurately
- Upsell menu items and daily specials to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant serving experience preferred
- Wisconsin Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of wine/beer/cocktail fundamentals
- Ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 30+ lbs
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for hospitality
