Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Expertly manage order accuracy and timing using our POS system
- Upsell signature dishes, craft cocktails, and seasonal specials
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams during peak rushes
- Reset tables promptly while maintaining station cleanliness
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and poise
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual upscale restaurant experience
- Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail pairings
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to stand 6+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
