Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests including order taking, beverage service, and meal delivery
- Master menu knowledge and recommend dishes/beverages to enhance guest satisfaction
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service coordination
- Maintain clean, organized dining areas and restock supplies as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year prior server experience in a fast-paced restaurant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and order management
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and customer focus
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
