Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, food delivery, and beverage refills
- Master menu knowledge and allergen information for seamless guest interactions
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and manage cash handling
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service coordination
- Maintain clean dining areas and ensure table turnover standards
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solution-oriented approach

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends (Thu-Sun)
- PA Alcohol Beverage Control certification required
- Exceptional multitasking and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic POS system proficiency (training provided)
- Food safety certification preferred
