Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly table service to guests while maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials
- Process orders accurately through POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table assignments and ensure optimal section cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments at shift end
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for seamless service
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months food service experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler/Safe Serve certification a plus
