Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service while maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery and order accuracy
- Manage station cleanliness and ensure optimal table turnover
- Upsell menu items, beverages, and promotional offerings
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with professionalism
- Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months prior restaurant/server experience required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment during peak hours
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for order processing and cash handling
- Food Handler Card or willingness to obtain immediately
