Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Expertly manage order-taking and POS system operations
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff during peak hours
- Process payments accurately and manage cash handling procedures
- Uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with table bussing, resetting, and maintaining dining room cleanliness
- Contribute to a positive team culture through open communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant serving experience required
- Texas Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong multitasking skills in high-volume environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic POS system proficiency (Toast/Revel experience preferred)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
