Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Serve food and drinks with precision and professionalism, ensuring proper plating and timing.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately using our POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and tables throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a related customer service role is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move around the restaurant for long periods; physical stamina is essential.
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
