Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Present menus and provide detailed knowledge of ingredients, preparation, and daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our state-of-the-art POS system.
- Deliver orders to tables, ensuring presentation standards are met and dietary requirements are respected.
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations and dining areas throughout the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Cash out tables accurately and process payments efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurants is preferred but not required for the right attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Familiarity with alcohol service laws and responsible serving practices.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive demeanor.
