Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, providing menus and explaining daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine, beer, and food pairings.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address any concerns immediately with management.
- Ensure tables are set correctly and cleaned thoroughly after each service.
- Cash out tables accurately and process payments efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server, bartender, or food service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
