Responsibilities
- Greet, seat, and provide attentive service to all guests
- Accurately process food/beverage orders via POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery
- Manage table turnover while maintaining cleanliness standards
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant/server experience preferred
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification required
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be 18+ years old
