Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service, including order taking, food delivery, and beverage refills
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Maintain clean, organized dining areas and assist with table bussing
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Upsell menu items and daily specials to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism and positivity
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of restaurant or customer service experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Excellent communication skills and multi-tasking ability
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification preferred (training available)
