Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with warm hospitality
- Accurately process orders using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery
- Manage table assignments and section rotation
- Upsell specialty cocktails and seasonal menu items
- Maintain clean dining stations and sanitation standards
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Knowledge of Louisiana cuisine and local wines
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- TAMS or Aloha POS experience a plus
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler Permit
