Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm professionalism and attention to detail
- Expertly manage table rotations during peak hours while maintaining accuracy
- Process payments efficiently using our modern POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order execution
- Upsell specialty dishes and premium beverages to enhance guest experience
- Maintain pristine dining area standards throughout shifts
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Participate in opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or upscale casual server experience
- Texas Food Handler Certification required (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional knowledge of wine, craft beers, and cocktail pairings
- Proven ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Strong cash handling and POS proficiency
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18+ years old
