What You'll Do
As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment. We pride ourselves on excellence, and we need someone who can maintain our high standards while ensuring every guest feels special.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere immediately upon arrival.
- Present menus and provide detailed knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar efficiently.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns promptly, and offer refills.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Upsell specials and beverages to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous server experience preferred (1+ year in a full-service restaurant).
- Strong knowledge of food and wine, with a desire to learn more.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Food Handler Card or willingness to obtain one.
