Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests, including taking accurate orders and delivering food/beverages
- Manage POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation
- Maintain clean, organized dining areas and service stations
- Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to food safety standards and health regulations
- Participate in opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- TAMs alcohol certification (or willingness to obtain)
