Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient table service while maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials
- Process payments accurately and manage cash handling responsibilities
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Uphold strict sanitation standards and maintain clean dining areas
- Build rapport with regulars to foster repeat business
- Assist with opening/closing duties as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or upscale casual restaurant experience
- Ohio food handler certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Positive attitude and passion for hospitality
